Vision:

To develop a high-tech community modeled after the Silicon Valley in the United States and the Hsinchu Science Park in Taiwan.

Area:

A total of 341 hectares will be developed in two phases.

Phase 1: 131 hectares have been developed for business attraction purposes and designated as a concentrated IT park based on Decision No. 27/QĐ/TTg dated January 6, 2020.

Phase 2: 210 hectares are planned to be constructed over five years from 2022 to 2027.

Access:

Located in Hoa Vang District, 20 minutes from Da Nang city center, with easy access to the central business district, airport, port, universities, and local attractions. Da Nang IT Park (DITP) connects to various industrial zones, the international airport, international port, and residential areas via the following main routes, with new infrastructure developments planned:

Infrastructure:

Transportation:

Central roads will be 30-40 meters wide, while grid roads in functional areas will be 15.5 meters wide, ensuring a well-developed transportation network.

Electricity Supply:

Electricity will be sourced from the 110kV substation within the high-tech park and solar power generation systems in the manufacturing area.

Water Supply:

The Da Nang water supply system and Hoa Trung Lake water treatment plant will be used as water sources.

Drainage System:

Two separate systems are designed for rainwater drainage and wastewater drainage, each directed in different directions and connected to the community's common drainage system.

Support for IT Park

Tax Incentives:

Developers offer incentives based on the type, scale, and duration of investment, including free land lease for 5 to 45 years. Import duties are exempted for imported equipment, machinery, spare parts, and components used as fixed assets in the project. Export tariffs on information technology products and services are also exempted.

Companies investing in Da Nang IT Park ( DITP ) can enjoy corporate income tax incentives for up to 15 years ( extendable to 30 years ). The corporate income tax rates during this period are as follows:

Infrastructure Usage Fee Incentives:

Depending on the project type and investment scale, companies investing in Da Nang IT Park (DITP) can enjoy incentives on infrastructure usage fees for 3 to 5 years. For details, please inquire before signing the occupancy contract.

Support Policy:

Administrative Procedures: Da Nang IT Park ( DITP ) supports investors ( residents ) through a one-stop shop.

Customs Clearance: Establishes a customs clearance center at Da Nang IT Park ( DITP ).

Immigration and Residency Procedures: Supports extension of temporary residence, visa issuance, and issuance of temporary residence cards for foreign residents and their families. Additionally, offers better conditions for residence and housing rental within Da Nang IT Park ( DITP ).

Talent Acquisition: Collaborates with universities, vocational schools, training institutions, and recruitment agencies to support recruitment, hiring, and training of talented individuals and students.

Financing: According to Vietnamese law, supports access to financial institution consultation for investors.
